ALISON FLEMING
Alison was a teacher for 28 years before joining MotorV8.
​
“Working in education helped me to develop the sort of skills I need as a driving instructor, such as recognising individual learning needs, patience, positive teaching and confidence boosting,” says Alison.
​
“I really enjoy how, as a driving instructor, I get to work one-to-one with each learner driver. My clients say I have a very calming manner and I always try to find the best way to instruct each individual person.”
​
Alison has been driving for more than 30 years and is a DVSA approved driving instructor. She also specialises in theory test preparation.
​
“The sense of achievement and pride of seeing someone progress from beginner to confident driver is really rewarding," she adds.
​
Alison lives with her family in Watton and enjoys walking and mountaineering, reading, watching films and socialising with family and friends.
